After several years in California, Ann decided to make the move back to Portland to be near her mom and sister, and it was time to find her a home. She was in a great position to be a first-time home buyer–since she works from home, she was able to choose the location she’d like to live in. Ann was most excited about settling down in Vancouver, which has an even tighter and more competitive market than Portland at the moment. We came out the winners in a multiple offer situation by being super flexible with the possession timing, and now we’re closing on her dream home! Congratulations, Ann!
