She knows what she wants, and she gets it!

By Constance Rigney, July 30, 2020

I’ve known Maleia since she was a sixteen year old kid. It’s been a pleasure to watch her become the strong, sassy, thoughtful woman she is today.

This is Maleia’s first home purchase, but she is such a dynamo, I’m sure it will be the first of many. She knows what she wants, she goes after it, and gets it.

Right out of the gate, Maleia knew what she needed and what would fit her lifestyle. The home needed to be a condo, there had to be a parking space, and a central NE location was a must.

Boom! We only looked at three homes, and we already had a winner. The condo was in a very charming 1955 building, with great walkability, a parking space, and the perfect window perch for her two cats.

Since the building has a very historic feel, and the HOA intends to keep it that way, there was some uncertainty as to whether Maleia would be able to add her preferred upgrades to the unit. But, with some expert advice, great communication from the HOA, and one wiley plumber, we were able to get it all solved.

Congratulations Maleia! May happiness surround you in your new home.
