Located moments off the highway in the Overlook neighborhood, Pinky’s Pizza creates a delicious artisanal-style pizza. To top it off, they serve a huge range of whiskeys. Did I mention they have gluten-free crust too!?

Experience the rebellious spirit of Ranch PDX with their unconventional pies featuring cheesy edges, crispy bottoms, and a signature ranch dipping sauce. Essentially the ranch sauce is drinkable.

Pizza Thief in the NW District stands out in the crowded sourdough pizza scene. Surely, this is a New York-style pizza with a notable tang and creative toppings. In other words, this combination of flavors repeatedly stole my heart.

Another gem in the NW District, Pizza Kat, is a local favorite known for its classic pies and inventive topping combinations. In order to truly get a feeling for this spot, I recommend taking a seat and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.
Southwest Quadrant

While not within Portland proper, Society Pie in Beaverton is worth mentioning for those exploring the Southwest Quadrant. As for sourdough crust pizza lovers, this is a must try classic.

As an exciting addition to the Southwest Quadrant, Hapa adds a fusion flair to the PNW pizza scene. Experience inventive toppings, specifically focused on Asian Fusion Neapolitan pizzeria.
