I am thrilled to welcome my client Jason to his new home, just in time for the holidays! When I first met Jason he wasn’t quite ready to buy a house. Sometimes life doesn’t move as fast as we think so we have to wait it out. Working side by side with his lender, Shawna Clough, Jason made a plan and now, six months later, he’s closed on a house for him and his kids in Battle Ground WA.
My favorite part of this transaction was when I took Jason and his two daughters to see this house for the first time. Everyone was smiling and future planning who was going to get which room, what was going to go where, and how long they had to wait before they could get a dog. After that, we knew it was the one Jason wanted to call home.
Helping clients through life’s transitions and seeing the joy home ownership brings my clients is why I do what I do. Congratulations Jason! I can’t wait to come meet the new dog!
