I met Cassie and Damon through a referral from a past client. They were first time homebuyers and very excited to get the process started. Finding the home was the easy part. They were looking for something where they could walk to shops, food and parks, preferrably in Southeast. The home we found was older but checked all the boxes, and was also sitting on a large buildable lot which was key. After a few back and for counter offers a deal was made!
