SOLD – 5505 SE Bybee Blvd

By Leanne Bach, May 24, 2021

Yet another set of happy first time buyers under my belt. Referred from clients whom I had once COVID first hit, I was honored that they trusted me with their good friends. I can’t tell you how weird it has been to not really see my client’s faces. Working with masks on all the time and making minimal in person visits with one another takes away some of the magic of getting to know my clients. Here we are..at the tail end of COVID (hopefully), and I may just get to see the full faces of these two gems. Part of the magic of getting their offer accepted on this house was giving the sellers plenty of time to close on this house, find a new house to move into and they also gave them the opportunity to do it, rent free. So..once we get the keys in a month or so, I will happily hand them over to these beautiful people, sans mask and beam with glee at their smiling faces!
