Sometimes the best service is a referral.

By Rachel Cardman-Brewer, June 18, 2022

After working with two beloved clients for the past year, honing in on exactly what they were wanting, I made the hard decision to refer them out to an agent that I thought could better serve them for their geographical needs.  Remembering in this new real estate frenzied climate that things are changing so fast is critical.  And that sometimes that means that I am no longer the best fit.   While I was sad to not be the ones to hand them their keys after so much deliberation, communication and ups and downs, I was thrilled to hear that they have landed themselves the house of their dreams!
