Sometimes you just know

By Living Room Realty, April 3, 2018

I’ve had the blessing of working with buyers who know how to trust their intuition and instinct. I love witnessing them walk into a home and knowing it is “the one”. Sometimes, that can be on the very first home they visit. Such was the case for Kirsten.

A referral client from a friend, she and I had only met a handful of times before we went to tour homes for the first time. As an architect and designer, Kirsten had been thinking about what she wanted in a home and knew how to size up a building quickly – to view all of its potential. How beautiful to watch her walk into our first property on tour and know that it was “the one”. Some first time home buyers get nervous or second guess themselves but Kirsten moved ahead with conviction and self assuredness. We wrote an offer that same day and secured the property. A beautiful transaction came to a successful close quite quickly. While I only got the chance to work with Kirsten for a very short amount of time, I look forward to getting to know her better and hear of the loving restoration of her new home. I can tell we will remain in contact and that our friendship will grow. Sometimes you just know.
