Mary has been renting for the last 10 years hoping to once again own her own home again.  She was fed up with her long commute,  not having a place to call her own and no space for her grandchildren to visit … Now was the time buy.  She knew what she wanted and outlined what she hoped for.  Well, Mary got it all including the pool!
