Blog Buyer The First One Sticks!

The First One Sticks!

By Sharon Bloudek, July 29, 2021

In a high seller’s market being a buyer can be intimidating, but not for my clients! This first-time homebuyer couple was ready to find their new home and little did we know how quick it would be. They reached out after being referred to me by a past client and we set a game plan to get them into houses right away. With Jon’s help, they were able to see some possibilities and when they found a house they wanted to write on we began looking further at their options. We wrote a competitive offer, but one that was still within their comfort level. Competing against multiple offers, my clients found success when we heard the great news that their offer had been accepted! The home itself is in the perfect location. Equi-distant to both of their workplaces with Clackamas County taxes, Lake Oswego schools, and a Portland address.

A huge congratulations to my clients on their beautiful SW home!
