The Longest Stretch to Victory!

A story of patience and triumph for my client! We found a great new construction that was absolutely perfect, back in December 2019. New builds are often a longer process than traditional resale, but we had no idea what we were in for on this story to closing. Excitement for a new home turned into jumping over one hurdle after another as Covid-19 hit and took our whole world by the reins. With every wave of the pandemic, every day that passed it seemed that we would never see move-in day. After a long haul, my client is finally getting the keys to this stunning home. Full of custom features, including a fancy garage for his cars (he’s super excited about this one), the wait was well worth it for the lifetime of happiness to come in this dream house!
