Sometimes you find the fixer home of your dreams. Complete with creepy, but cool new downstairs neighbors. This is a cellar spider that has been turned into a “zombie spider”. Yep you heard me right “zombie spider”. It’s been infected with a fungus that prays on these already creepy invertebrates. The fungi is call entomopathogenic . One of the unique feature of this fungi cis these spiders are actually still alive. Well one foot out of the grave and one in it . The fungi leave enough life-force in the spider for them to continue to stagger around in the hope of infecting of spiders with the fungi.
