Two Impressive Feats (Feet)!

By Living Room Realty, April 12, 2018

What does buying a home and running a marathon have in common…Seemingly nothing, however one would be surprised that there are numerous similarities.  How you say?  Both require training (education), discipline, endurance and tenacity.  While the similarities are striking, many say that the benefit of running is a way to release the stresses of the day, which are not always the case when buying a home.  There are times when you want to run from a home and probably should run less in a marathon kind of way and more like a full on sprint, but I digress.

For many people, running a marathon OR buying a home would be enough to tackle, but not for my client. When I met Morgan back in mid February, she was in the beginning stages of her home search and training to run in the Paris Marathon.  After weeks of training (education), discipline, endurance and tenacity, Morgan has accomplished the end result of not one, but both of these tasks in one week! She competed in and finished the running of the Paris marathon and is scheduled to close on her home.

WOW!  That is truly two impressive feats (feet)! Congratulations Morgan…Now get some rest!
