I had the privilege of helping Kristin’s parents find her a condominium close to her school in Oregon in 2012.  The family arrived from Green Bay, MI, and Mom and Dad knew what type of home they were looking for as an investment in their daughter’s future as she entered her last four years to get her master’s degree.  Four years later Kristin graduated and Mom and Dad called to get the condo sold. It was a complete success for Kristin and her parents’ investment.  In school, Kristin met her husband and they moved into the home Van’s parents picked out for him.  Two families with amazing support, connection, and love helped these two arrive at this spot and they are so grateful, but now eight years later it is time to sell the home Van’s parents picked and buy a home THEY picked out!  A home with many rooms to fill as they both work from home and plan to start a family.  Say goodbye to Mom and Dad’s picks and say hello to the home you can envision growing your family in and making roots in the community you chose!
