Gretchen had been renting the same place for 10 years and decided it was time for her to buy a home.  We went out a few times and saw all the houses on the market and after seeing this one, she knew.  It had all the things she wanted, hardwoods, a yard for her doggies and a kitchen she could cook in.   Crazily enough, in this market, we were competing with 2 other offers but we had the winning bid.  I love independent woman who take life by the horns and Gretchen is this person.
