Wide Open Opportunity

By Beth Benner, August 17, 2021

Congratulations to my client and her kids who just closed on this sweet Northeast Portland home. By nature, homebuying is the beginning of a new chapter and for my client it also was a chance to have a fresh start. With a new home and a new leaf turned, the wide world of opportunity seemed to open right up! I am so excited for this family, who are now the owners of a stunning Dutch Colonial in a wonderful location. The interior is picture-perfect, with each kid having their own space and a wonderful, spacious kitchen with an eat bar to make cooking a family event. A delightful backyard that will become the setting for many joyous family memories and space to grow a garden. This closing is a huge puzzle piece that is settling into place and I am so excited for this family to start their life here.
