Passing along that unicorn magic…
Remember that cute family from my post back in April? The one that found their “unicorn property” in record time, and with unheard of ease? Well, they’re back, but this time on the listing side, passing their unicorn magic on to another lucky family.
Before Janelle and Gerry moved into their new home, they were the stewards of a mid-century home on an incredibly landscaped half acre in SW Portland. The house, set up for multigenerational living, paired with the jaw-dropping yard, proved to be just what many buyers had been waiting for.
