First time homeowner finds beautiful property in the Portland hills.

By Living Room Realty, December 4, 2020

I’ve known Matt for almost a decade.  Meeting through my future husband and then staying in touch over the years. Knowing that I was a real estate agent he put his trust in me to find his first home.

Over the last several months we had looked at countless homes but never quite finding the right one.  Sometimes barely missing out on a home with many, many offers.  But we persevered and stayed positive as we continued on our path to finding a great home for Matt.    Not being in a rush helped us position ourselves to be patient for the right home to come onto the market.  Matt was looking for something with the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the spaciousness to grow.

When we found this property in the hills of Sylvan Heights I knew we had a keeper on our hands.  We saw it the same day it came on the market and made an offer within that day.  We were under contract by the end of the week.  This home had a great amount of space, mixed with the character he wanted in an older home.  It will be a great addition that he will be able to grow into for the years come.

I look forward to watching Matt grow into his new house.  Congratulations Matt!
