Congratulations to my client Tye that scored this cute little starter home.

We were able to successfully negotiate repairs, get a credit towards closing costs. and have the home appraised for a higher value.
The market has been brutal. But if you remain strategic and play your cards right, you can really find yourself ahead of the game!
