Congratulaltions to my lovely clients Bob and Sue on the quick sale of their beach house. While they had many years of good times with friends and family here a few steps to the beach, they always thought about living on the ridge to get that ocean and mountain view. I have to say I am going to miss going out with them sleuthing for new homes as they popped up on the market. Always good humored, socially active and they can dance! They are great people who bring joy, kindness and love to Manzanita friends and neighbors. Now time to love where you live in that specular new home and another 25 years.  Peace Out! Life in Manzanita

After a couple of months of little to no business, Manzanita is opening back up making all the local folks and businesses very happy. It is great to see people coming back to the beach and enjoy the sunshine. One thing that seems to be clear is people are wanting to shelter in a small coastal town and get out of the city during the pandemic. One of my favorite clients referred Larry and Sandy to me and we found a new beach getaway for them in no time which was great as the inventory had been so low. It was the perfect 4 bedroom/4bath home where they could spend the summer with close family. The house sits up on the North side of town and has some great ocean and mountain views. Did I say Larry and Sandy were great clients. Always super responsive and moving fast so we were able to secure this property against a competing offer. They had their ducks lined up and brought a sense of urgency and humor to the home buying process. I am happy they will be in the neighborhood and will be a great addition to this community. Spindrift Lane was the perfect listing! Great house and view and Sellers were a dream to work with throughout the process. One of the best things about being a broker is when the Buyer or Seller is completely interactive and joins into the home selling or buying process. With this property, Sandee and Larry were fantastic. We coordinated all my contacts and theirs to get a list of repairs completed efficiently. Their home was almost perfectly staged prior to my suggestions as well. It really helps when your clients have great style. We had an offer almost out of the gate and are closing tomorrow! Congratulations to everyone involved this was a transaction that everyone got what they wanted, buyers, sellers, and brokers having new friends in the process.
