Congratulations to my clients Sam and Brie who just closed on a lovely Queen Anne-style cottage in Oregon City. Looking straight out of a gingerbread kit, this charming home has 2 beds and 1 bath with plenty of space in between. Sam and Brie are newly married after 7 years of dating and are looking forward to starting a life together here. They fell in love with the classic details of the home and intend to preserve it just as the previous owners have. It was the perfect place to allow them to commute into the city and come back to a relaxing and quiet home.
