I helped a single dad close on his first home today. In the vacation home market, helping first time home buyers is a rarity. This was only my second. My hat and hopes are off to him and his young family, for their health, success and happiness. My boy turns 18 in April. I have not had to do it alone, have had a bunch of help. In these strange times of challenge, and opportunity, may we all find the help we need. Forward!
