Prepping Wistaria for market was a sprint. The sellers interviewed agents in late July and chose me to represent them within a few days. With Back To School looming, we had two choices: list by early/mid August, or wait until after Labor Day.
Listing by August 9 was..aspirational? Delusional? Anxiety-inducing? Yes, and it’s what we did. We quickly discussed pre-list improvements & budget and made a game plan. I whisked my clients off to Central Oregon and got to work.
Getting prep work and vendors scheduled with less than 2 weeks was a damn miracle, but we hit our August 9 goal. 30+ groups came through that first weekend, leading to multiple strong offers over asking in 5 days!
Dream results for both sides. A smooth, painless transaction for my clients, and a major upgrade for the buyers, who – turns out – were moving from literally 6 houses down. DREAMS coming true, friends.
