CONGRATULATIONS to Thea and Angel who just closed on their first home together as a couple!

Thea and Angel are lovely souls with many interests and talents! Among them are 3D printing, beekeeping, historic car restoration and soap making! We were tasked to find them a house that was just right for their varied hobbies and skills. When we found this darling Tudor in Gresham, we all pinched ourselves, as it was truly “just right.” It has a great floor plan with an option for one-level living and ample space for entertaining and all of their varied hobbies. It has a modern open kitchen, a basement with a root cellar, a large garage for shop work, an orchard for bees, and raised beds with an irrigation system for gardening. Wilshire Park from the Porch

These charming sellers have an appetite for the immaculate that my clients Casey and Andrew can identify with. As we entered into their arched foyer upon our first visit, we could see their shared love for impeccable design from the custom fireplace screen to their Bertazzoni stove. The amazing listing agent had showcased a list of the work these sellers had conducted over the last decade of their homeownership. Earthquake retrofit, radon mitigation, temp regulated wine cellar, solar panels, skylights, the list was spectacular.

 

While we were enjoying the array of flowering plants, trees, and shrubs in their sweet backyard garden, two lil hummingbirds came to greet us and play in the water fountain. This house was the ONE! ⛲️🌺 From start to finish this was such a dynamic group of people to work with. Thank you Casey and Andrew for your constant ambition and laughter. Recent transplants from Brooklyn, Sha and Matt are loving their new neighborhood of Grant Park. So much so that 6 months in they started looking for another property.
