By the end of the day, Wendy and Jeremy wanted to make an offer. And they were ready. They were able to compete for a home that they loved because of their preparation and patience.

Wendy and Jeremy closed today on fantastic home in Tualatin. Their new neighborhood is just what they always dreamed of with cul-de-sacs, kids playing outside, families on bike rides and parks near by.
