Just as the trumpeting of Canadian geese can be heard flying South, there is a pandemic migration happening to outlying area’s outside of Portland. Some of our past clients are beginning to ring saying they are looking for more greenery, less traffic, less city crime; they need a place to help unload their minds and breathe. Buyers are ready to take the leap off the fence and plunk some money into the Gorge, the Oregon coast or the rolling hills of wine country.
