Sold!!! Multiple Offers!!! Plagues!!!

Oh my goodness! The world is certainly throwing us all into a tizzy with the challenges of navigating transactions amidst a global pandemic and now wildfires and toxic air. As they say, there is never a dull moment in real estate.

It was such a delight to get to know Stuart and Audrey over the course of selling their beautiful Marshall Park home. Solid marketing and a lovingly updated home contributed to receiving multiple offers selling for $29,000 over list price. Selling a home through a pandemic was one challenge, but the surprise of toxic levels of smoke from the Oregon wildfires as they prepared to move out presented some challenges without a doubt.

I am so excited for them to move on to the next chapter of their lives.

East to West!

The happy new owners of this Southwest Gem are New York born and raised, but Oregonians now for almost half a decade. With two children and NW sensibilities firmly in place, they figured it was time to buy a home. When they saw this West Side stunner, they knew she was the one.

It could have been the exquisitely remodeled kitchen that they fell in love with, or the traditional floor plan with bedrooms upstairs and plenty of flex living space on the main floor with a warm gas fireplace in which to gather. Or was it the three-car garage with soaring 20+ foot ceilings, large enough for swings and an indoor climbing gym?! Native landscaping, backyard trails, a well-outfitted treehouse and a sandbox to boot! Throw in a quiet cul-de-sac, a supportive neighborhood community. All of it together…The PNW Dream.
