Congratulations to my clients, Christine and Hai! I helped the two of them sell their house after their youngest child left for college. This market made finding their perfect home a bit more challenging. Nonetheless, I could lose this wonderful family to California! Is there an expression, fifth time is the charm? Well, if there isn’t, there should be. This home is gorgeous. I love the way that the exterior is unassuming and traditional, but when you walk inside, you get modern farmhouse vibes.
